The location of this hotel is perfect, right at the top of Seneca Lake. It offers easy access to wineries on both the east and west side of the lake. The staff at Hampton Inn was excellent, even calling to check if our accommodations were satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast had a delicious selection of hot and cold foods, and there was always coffee, tea, or hot chocolate available 24/7. We have stayed here before and have noticed many improvements, especially the comfortable mattresses!

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to Seneca Lake and downtown restaurants. Parking in Geneva can be challenging, so the hotel's proximity to attractions was a plus. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

There were a few issues during our stay. Firstly, our room was not ready when we arrived, and we were given a different room with a different bed size than what we had requested.

The hotel provided a microwave oven and a small refrigerator with a freezer in the room, perfect for storing and heating vegetarian and vegan food.

The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to Hobart College. Our room had two comfortable queen beds and was a good size. I appreciated the variety of pillows available to find the perfect fit for me. The room was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers free breakfast and onsite parking, which were both convenient amenities. Additionally, there is a small fitness center and indoor pool, although we didn't have a chance to use them.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Seneca Lake and downtown Geneva, making it easy to walk to the park at the lake and to the various restaurants in the area. It's also at the top of the lake, allowing for easy access to wineries and breweries on both sides.

Limited Pool Hours: It would have been nice if the pool opened earlier, as it would have given us the opportunity to swim before starting our day. With so many activities to do during the day, we didn't have much time to use the pool.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, free breakfast with delicious waffles, and convenient location to restaurants and a winery. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day of wine tasting. a great stay for the price.
