Pool area needs attention. overall decent stay.

Great Stay with Comfortable Amenities!

I had a fantastic experience during my recent group stay! The double room was spacious and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed the nearby restaurant options, which offered delicious meals. Don’t miss the fresh breakfast options. they made my mornings brighter! Just a heads up, the night staff could be more present at the front desk.

Oh man, the Neapolitan pizza at a nearby spot was a slice of heaven! And the room? Absolutely pristine with a fantastic desk setup. You’ll love the large bottles of quality toiletries too—no more tiny bottles to fuss over.

Now, not to rain on the parade, but the pool was just too cold, and, uh, gum at the bottom? Not my favorite touch. Plus, the lobby felt a bit cramped, making socializing tricky.

Clean room, great coffee shop. Wi-Fi was spotty. Big letdown for work.

I was in town for a family gathering and stayed for two nights. The room I had was spacious and included great amenities like a comfortable desk area and large bottles of quality toiletries, which I appreciated. While the pool area had some issues with cleanliness and temperature, I enjoyed the coziness of my room and the convenience of being close to several attractions, including a nearby mall and parks for walking. Overall, it was a decent stay despite a few hiccups.

Man, that brekkie was solid! Scrambled eggs and sweet waffles hit the spot. The pool area had good vibes too, and I loved chilling there after a long day. Staff were super friendly, and I even skinnered with the chommies at reception about the renovations—feels like they’re making it lekker!

Just a slight issue with the tub faucet—it was dripping a bit, but nothing major.

the pool was icy, making it utterly impossible to enjoy, and let's not even mention the dirt at the bottom. honestly, I woudl ve been satisfied with just a little upgrade or courtesy gesture for all the inconveniences. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The hotel was well-located, with plenty of dining options nearby and family fun at Bay Beach Amusement Park just a short drive away. The staff really went above and beyond, even providing a mini fridge upon request, which was great for our stay with the adult kids.

My kids wished the pool temperature was warmer.

Had a lovely stay! The pool stayed open until midnight, and the place was freshly remodeled and spotless. Perfect for a quick getaway!

However, don’t expect a peaceful night if the children’s party next door is on, or you might end up with an A/C concert on repeat!

one thing could be better, the bathroom lighting was a bit dim.

the staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly (even with online bookings). breakfast offered a great selection, with fresh fruit and mini waffles for smaller appetites. the proximity to local attractions made exploring so easy.

The King Room I stayed in was super comfy and clean! Loved the beautiful furnishings and great lighting. The desk was really nice for working, and the large shampoo bottles were a cool bonus. Let’s not forget about the pool hours, open until midnight! Perfect for a late-night swim after exploring. Breakfast was decent too with options like eggs and make-your-own waffles. I’d totally stay here again!
