We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming and even drove us to see the Northern lights. The hotel's restaurant had delicious food, including langoustine soup, lamb shank, and reindeer steak. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, and varied. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking. Check-in was smooth even with two tour buses arriving at the same time. The room was comfortable and cosy with dark curtains. The breakfast had a fantastic range of choices, including hot cooked food. The bar was stylish and spacious.

We were initially hesitant about the hotel's exterior, but the interior was fabulous! The staff was accommodating and extremely pleasant, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, there's a retro diner down the street that adds to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and cosy with the darkest curtains we had encountered on our trip. The staff was very friendly and offered great dining suggestions. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic range of choice, including hot cooked food, cereals, and a local specialty with cod oil and beetroot juice. The hotel had plenty of parking, and its location in the city center was convenient, with stores nearby.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with restaurants, cafes, and a petrol station nearby. The option to wash my car free of charge at the petrol station was a great perk. Additionally, being close to the campsite where I could do my laundry for 800 ISK was very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, with a reliable wi-fi connection. The breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to make my own waffles. The staff was friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The coffee maker was broken during a guest's stay, which was inconvenient.

Great staff: the staff at this hotel were amazing. They were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Delicious food: the hotel restaurant was a highlight of our stay. the chef prepared incredible meals, beautifully presented with edible flowers. We even got the chance to compliment the chef personally. the breakfast buffet was also impressive with a wide variety of options, including delicious homemade bread.

The free breakfast was pretty decent and saved us some money. the view from the window was really beautiful, which added to the serene atmosphere of the city. the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants.

our room was quite small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around. the staff also seemed disinterested and not very helpful when we had questions or concerns.
