The hotel is newly built and has a pleasant ambiance. the staff, especially Jacobi, was friendly and helpful. the property was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were well maintained. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and exceeded expectations.

The noise levels in the room were disruptive, with loud AC and disturbing hallway and street noise. the mattress pad was uncomfortable, and the neighboring guests were noisy late into the night, impacting the quality of stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Springhill Suites. I was in Cheraw for business for four nights. the location was perfect, close to everything I needed. the staff, especially Jessica at the front desk, was exceptional - friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. The night clerk was also very accommodating when we needed to switch room types. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
