WiFi worked well in the comfortable rooms, which were clean and spacious for both relaxing and working. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent guest service. The pool was a perfect spot for a refreshing break.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown and I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern style of the hotel. The staff at the front desk, especially Scott, were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work. Despite experiencing some technical difficulties with the cable provider, the overall experience was fantastic. I was also pleased with the hotel's complimentary breakfast options, which were better than other chains. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn for a wonderful experience.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, in an industrial area that was quiet at night with plenty of service shops and commercial services around. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was comfortable and the bathroom had a shower and free toiletries. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the 24-hour reception with 24-hour security. The leisure facilities were great, with an indoor swimming pool, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly, making our stay even better.
