Small and slow lifts, one was out of service. Rude staff at reception, unhelpful and provided wrong room.

A great all-inclusive package with delicious food and drinks. The bartender, George, made amazing old fashioneds. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Rhodes town along the coast. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to Turkey, with plenty of hotels, shops, and restaurants in the vicinity. On one side, you have the beautiful beach, and on the other side, you have a bustling area with plenty of options for entertainment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is friendly and hospitable. In terms of breakfast, there is a good variety of options available, ensuring that everyone's preferences are catered to. The pool facilities are excellent, offering a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel could definitely benefit from some renovations and updates to give it a more modern and fresh feel.

The free parking space was a pleasant surprise, even though we weren't specifically looking for it. The staff at the hotel were slow but always had a smile, adding to the friendly atmosphere. The beautiful view of the sea was a highlight, and having a variety of pools to choose from made it easy to find a quiet spot away from young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and made my stay enjoyable. They were friendly, positive, and made me feel special, even going the extra mile to make my little girl feel special too. the children's pool was a great bonus and my kids had a fantastic time. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach, with beautiful grounds. the housekeeping staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and spotless. the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the pool bar made great cocktails.

Despite the great staff and location, there were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel itself seemed to be in need of refurbishment, with tired-looking facilities and a concrete exterior.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to the beach. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a balcony to enjoy the views. the pool area was also impressive, with multiple pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers for everyone. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.

One aspect that we did not enjoy was the lack of a concierge service. It was frustrating to have to wait in long lines at reception to get information or arrange transportation into town.

My family and I recently stayed at Sheraton in Rhodes for a week-long beach vacation. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with convenient amenities like a coffee maker and fridge. The breakfast spread was excellent and the pool area was fabulous, offering various facilities for entertainment. The hotel's location was also a plus, with a tunnel connecting directly to the beach just across the street.
