I recently stayed at Sheraton in London for a week-long vacation. The hotel's main areas, like Palm Court, were absolutely beautiful and provided a wonderful atmosphere. The staff members were exceptional - friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The comfort of the bed and the perfect room temperature ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the complimentary Prosecco drink upon arrival and the surprise bottle of Moet in our room for our 25th Wedding Anniversary were delightful touches. Sheraton exceeded all expectations in terms of hospitality, amenities, and location.

The breakfast in the lounge is great, with a wide selection of fresh food. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The rooms are quite small, leaving limited storage space.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with the Green Park tube station just a stone's throw away. You can easily explore the city as it is within walking distance of Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities such as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe.

The elevators can be a bit frustrating as there are only two of them and they are controlled from the same button.

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane exceeded our expectations with its amazing breakfast and discounted rate. The room met our requirements with a dressing table and walk-in shower. The check-in experience with Umberto was excellent, and the location near Green Park and Hyde Park tube stations was super convenient. The hotel is dog friendly, and the rooms are in excellent condition. The bar food and service were also excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right across from Green Park was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to many attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, with a separate bath and shower that we loved. The Nespresso machine and decaf capsules in the room were a nice touch for our morning coffee. The breakfast in the club lounge was ample and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

We stayed at Sheraton for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and a bottle of wine to celebrate. The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked egg "florentine". The staff, especially Maria, were professional, kind, and helpful. The main areas, like Palm Court, were beautiful and we loved sitting by the Christmas tree. The rooms were quiet, updated, and comfortable. a great hotel with friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with many popular areas within walking distance. You can easily explore major attractions and the Green Park tube station is close by. Plus, there are plenty of pubs in the nearby Shepherds Market to enjoy. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom and great shower. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a high standard with lots to choose from.

There is one disappointment: the upgrade to a king room didn't offer the expected city view. The room overlooked a side alleyway, with a concrete building obstructing the view.

The service was inconsistent, especially from the concierge. the housekeeping was poor, with towels not being replaced and the floor towels being removed but not replaced.
