From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front counter were extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to assist me with a logistics issue I had with a rental car, providing transportation back to the hotel and to the airport the next day. The location of the hotel is also great, only about five minutes from the airport and easy to find.
