We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fantastic staff. The location was perfect, being close to the Convention center and within walking distance of the city's attractions. The complimentary shuttle service was amazing, taking us to various places including a grocery store. The breakfast had a decent variety and my husband enjoyed the waffle irons.

The breakfast had fresh smoothies and prime rib. Staff held our bags after checkout. The room was beautiful with hot water, nice lighting, and a quiet atmosphere. Noise machines were provided for those not used to city sounds. The location had plenty of nearby restaurants and felt safe.

Excellent downtown location, very close to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Staff were pleasant and professional. Room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the city. Breakfast had a good selection and was fresh. Parking was convenient and easily accessible.
