The accommodations were like a small apartment, providing everything we needed. They took immediate action to resolve the issue, even offering a free upgrade! the location of the hotel/cabins was perfect for day trips into the park, just a short distance from the west entrance of Yellowstone. the room was comfortable, clean, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Hibernation Station Villa for one night and had a great experience. the cabin was roomy, cozy, and had air conditioning to beat the heat. We loved that it was dog-friendly, as we had our little chihuahuas with us. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We ordered pizza and pasta from Pete's and had it delivered, which was convenient after a long day on our motorcycles. the separate cabins provided privacy, and the parking area in front of the cabin was adequate. the location was right in town, and we enjoyed the good coffee available in the morning at the office.

We had an amazing time at Hibernation Station Villa! the cabins were very comfortable and cozy, perfect for our family getaway. the kitchen was well-equipped with pans and plates, making it convenient for us to prepare meals, especially when traveling with children. the spacious living area had two large beds, while the separate room had another bed, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone. the bathroom was accessible from both rooms, adding to the convenience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. the location was also fantastic, just a short 2-minute drive away from the entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

the location was ideal, with easy access to the gate and the charming town. We loved exploring West Yellowstone, with its great restaurants and shops. the log cabins were rustic and cozy, and we enjoyed having our own parking space. the room was spacious and had two comfortable double beds. the bathroom was lovely, with a tub and plenty of vanity space. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, where my husband could relax after a long day of driving. Families or groups of friends can opt for the larger homes available. There are also amenities for children, like a play area and nearby cycling tracks.

The cabin we stayed in was cozy and spacious, perfect for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was a great relief during the heat wave. The location was convenient, right in town and close to the Yellowstone entrance. the cabin being dog-friendly was a huge plus for us.

We had some issues during check-in as our reservation was not entered into their system, causing confusion and delays. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and weren't able to find a clean room for us right away.

We stayed 5 nights at Hibernation Station Villa while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was a nice, cozy cabin with a homey atmosphere. We appreciated having a full-size refrigerator and the ability to cook our own meals using the hotplate and microwave. the gas fireplace was a great feature, especially in the cooler May weather. the location was quiet and on the outskirts of town, which made for a peaceful stay. We also found the laundry facilities to be convenient.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

The location was excellent, right outside the entrance of Yellowstone National Park and close to the main streets of the small tourist town. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore the park easily. The staff were wonderful, providing great service throughout our stay. The cabin itself was well-kept and clean, with high-quality beds and linens that were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate provided.

We had a great stay at Hibernation Station Villa, located in a prime spot in West Yellowstone. the cabin was comfortable with two queen size beds and a full range of television channels, perfect for keeping up with the World Cup. It was clean, spacious, and situated in a quiet location. We also enjoyed using the hot tub during our stay. On top of that, the staff were warm, accommodating, and understanding. One standout experience was when our tub froze on New Year's Eve, we called the office and they promptly sent a maintenance person to address the issue.

The main areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with well-maintained pathways and ramps. It was a pleasure to explore the charming surroundings and relax in the peaceful ambiance.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to making the cabin more comfortable for senior guests. Perhaps they could have provided additional amenities such as grab bars in the bathroom or a stepping stool to help with reaching high shelves.
