We stayed at a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight to go back to school. The next morning everything was seamless, with no issues with the check-in process. We parked our car in the Diamond area where there were plenty of spaces available, and it was great to see no other cars around. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near an outlet mall, giving us a chance to do some last-minute shopping before heading home.

The staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, from the front desk clerk who greeted us warmly to the airport shuttle driver who not only took us to get food but also shared fascinating insights about Jackson, Mississippi. We also loved the beautiful orchids near the entrance, a lovely surprise before we left in the morning.

Regarding breakfast offerings, it would be great to have more hot options instead of just cold cereal.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jackson for a quick overnight stay before catching a flight. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, and the airport shuttle service was a lifesaver for dropping off our car rental. The driver went above and beyond by taking us through a drive-thru when we were hungry, and he was a wealth of knowledge about the area. It was a pleasant surprise to see beautiful orchids by the hotel entrance as we left in the morning.
