I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating, especially when I misplaced my driver's license. The hotel was very clean and I appreciated the environmentally conscious choices, like the use of recycled paper plates and paper cups in the room. The remodeled room was gorgeous and the mini refrigerator was a decent size with a separate door for the freezer. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to restaurants and shopping, and also offering shuttle service to the nearby Mayo Clinic.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the nicely upgraded rooms with a comfortable bed. Lastly, the location was perfect, within driving distance to beautiful beaches.

The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean and spacious with plenty of soft towels. The hotel provided a brown bag breakfast to go and there was a restaurant within walking distance. The beach was also very close. it was a great place to stay with great amenities.

I also loved that breakfast was included, and the bottomless mimosas were a delightful touch.

Stayed 1 night on the way to Marco Island. Very relaxing and the pool was especially nice! What a great way to break up a 12-hour drive by getting a lot of R&R with a good night sleep on a soft comfy bed and an awesome hot breakfast waiting in the morning! The staff were very kind. I had lost my driver's license but had a copy of it on my phone and they made some calls and gave me an exception for checking in. Thank goodness! Also, the place was very clean and I liked that you can control the temperature from the thermostat on the wall instead of from the window unit. I also appreciated the decent-sized mini refrigerator with a separate door for the freezer. Plus, they were environmentally conscious with their use of paper cups and plates made from recycled materials.

Located in a convenient area close to everything we needed, this hotel was a great choice for our New Year's Eve trip to the Jacksonville area. We enjoyed the friendly service from staff, and our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and hangars. Breakfast was good with a nice "to go" option.

The decor was uninspired and the towels just adequate, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location was perfect for us as it was within driving distance to beaches and a shopping center with a Target, so we didn't have to worry about anything we forgot at home. The staff went above and beyond with any request we made, from check-in to check-out, and they really made us feel welcome. The room amenities were wonderful, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The breakfast was delicious and the staff even had a welcome drink for us upon arrival. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, located in a safe neighborhood with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Helpful and welcoming staff with a great family atmosphere. Breakfast was substantial and different every day, with an attendant available to serve food. Very satisfied with our long weekend stay and would definitely return.
