The room was elegant, clean, and perfect for our family. The staff were pleasant, professional, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was amazing and the hotel had excellent amenities like a gym and pool. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel was a great choice for my weekend getaway. The rooms were cozy and immaculate, and the rooftop pool and bar were the perfect spot for unwinding at the end of the day while enjoying the beautiful views. The staff at the restaurant and bar were fantastic, and the food and drinks were really good. Plus, the hotel's fitness center was a great amenity that we used every day. The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were bothered by a high-pitched noise at night, which was quite annoying. Also, the valet parking service was slow and unreliable, and our car settings were improperly adjusted after being returned to us. Additionally, we experienced an air conditioning outage in our room during the night, and the hotel staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful, which made an already uncomfortable situation worse.
