our recent stay in kingston was made even better by the exceptional service and amenities at this hotel. from the spotlessly clean rooms to the welcoming common areas, everything exceeded our expectations. the free breakfast was delicious and the pool and fitness room were a great bonus. definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wifi was spotty.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for an extended visit to the area. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful pool. The location was ideal, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and transportation options. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the proximity to a better establishment. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated. Lots of good lighting in the parking lot which made us feel safe. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Infinity at the desk went above and beyond to help us print and scan an important message. The atmosphere was friendly and staff was very helpful. Free WiFi!

Located on a quiet side of town with easy access to multiple restaurants, this hotel was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a clean and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options to choose from.

The soundproofing was not ideal and we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms, which was a little inconvenient.

They even remembered me when I checked in and thanked me for being a loyal member. the room was clean and well-stocked, and the location was convenient for shopping and dining. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the excellent selection of fresh fruit.

There were active train tracks right behind the hotel, so there was constant noise and shaking from passing freight trains. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent location, great for seniors. Convenient access to stores, eateries, and a lovely waterfront park. Comfortable seating and plenty of electrical outlets. Fabulous grab n go breakfast with a variety of choices. Loved the bedding and pillows. Friendly staff. Appreciated the departure "to go bags" with water, apple, muffin, and granola bar.

The service at this hotel was top-notch. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit smoothies. the location was also great, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.

One downside was the noise level in some rooms, especially those located near the train tracks. the noise from passing trains could be disruptive at times.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

As youngsters, we loved the free water bottles, comfortable rooms, and the gym with free earbuds. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The service we received was top-notch, including room service and the staff's readiness to assist us with all our needs. The room itself was well-equipped with all basic amenities and had a relaxing sitting area. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the staff at the restaurant made us feel right at home.

The room was exceptionally clean and sanitized, and the staff was accommodating and polite. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is close to numerous restaurants and provides easy access to downtown and nearby towns like Woodstock and Hyde Park.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Kingston area. the location was perfect. It was in the shopping area, which was better than expected. There were all sorts of shops nearby that we didn't even know we'd need, and there were incredible hikes just a short drive away. The hotel made everything accessible, with everything we needed right within reach. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we had our 6-year-old grandson with us. They even assigned us a room near the pool, which was a nice touch.

Everything was more than okay, really.
