This hotel has a very convenient location, being extremely close to the Knoxville airport. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and updated with nice furnishings. The breakfast options are varied and include several types of juice to choose from.

None of the negative points mentioned in the reviews seem to be major issues.

Additionally, the hotel facilities include USB plugs in the rooms and an outdoor pool.

The armchair in the room can be a bit dingy.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, they were able to check me in early and their shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The location was also great as it was close to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The complimentary room for our family reunion was a wonderful perk, and having complimentary beverages and snacks was a nice touch. The breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There were a few downsides. The rooms felt a bit old and neglected, with dark and dingy interiors.

Convenient Location, Nice Staff, & Complementary Snacks

This hotel was in a perfect spot, close to the airport and other attractions. We loved that the staff was really accommodating and friendly. Plus, the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a sweet treat.

Our room was not properly cleaned. We found hair on the bed, stains on the carpet, and even dirty towels in the bathroom.
