The best and worst parts

Free coffee available all day was a delightful treat after our adventures. The staff was almost universally awesome, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was under renovations and there were cleanliness issues, like dirty bathrooms and ineffective maintenance that marred the experience.

Had the Deluxe King Room with awesome amenities like USB plugs for charging, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were great to unwind. The breakfast was an old-school buffet with waffles, eggs, and coffee available all day, super handy after long trips. Plus, the shuttle service was super efficient for early airport runs!

i had a pleasant stay here after a hectic trip, and it exceeded my expectations from my previous experience in alcoa. the free coffee around the clock was a great boost, and my clean room was very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. the shuttle service to the airport was efficient and friendly.

the breakfast options were quite limited.

Canny clean rooms and a proper friendly staff made me feel right at home. Shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially early in the morn. Only downside was the pillows, could've been a bit better for a good night's kip. Would come back, for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Knoxville-Airport! The free coffee available 24/7 was such a delightful treat after our long day of adventures. Our room, the Deluxe King Room, was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of electrical outlets. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, operating efficiently for our early flight. Plus, the breakfast started earlier than expected, allowing guests to grab some food before heading out.

There was one night shift employee who wasn’t very friendly.

the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which is super handy, and the staff are nice and helpfull. i liked that the rooms had plenty of plugs for charging my devices, and it was clean and tidy when i got there. the location is great with lots of food places around to eat, so that's a plus!

but the bed was really hard and i had a terrible night sleep because the air con was super loud. also, their breakfast was kinda mediocre and not really worth it.
