I got great value for my money at Hampton Inn! The room was super clean, quiet, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport, close to shopping, and only an hour from great beaches. The staff knew about the surrounding area and was able to answer our questions with ease. The hotel was located in a quiet area. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast selection was nice. The pillows were great, and the air quality/temperature in the room were comfortable.

The customer service was lacking, and the staff didn't seem interested in helping us with our needs.
