We were impressed by the abundance of working elevators, a rarity in the city. the multitude of dining options nearby added to the convenience of the stay.

The kitchenette in my room at Residence Inn By Marriott was excellent, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. It made my stay so convenient and comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and the bed quality was excellent. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the misty Berkeley hills from my city view room in the morning. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Berkeley with great restaurant options nearby.

Spent Easter weekend in a spacious and beautiful hotel. Key location in a street near lovely restaurants. Elevators worked perfectly and the room was a dream. Blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep and the bed was super comfortable. the kitchen area was very complete and allowed us to make tea and store leftovers. the room was very quiet and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast nearby.

The washing machine's credit card reader was broken and we couldn't use it. we were not provided with ample amenities for our 3-night stay, and had to ask for extra toilet paper, shampoo and coffee.
