I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The customer service was absolutely amazing, with the managers going above and beyond to meet my needs. The hotel was spotless, including the room, and I loved the extra amenities like mouthwash and the washer and dryer on the first floor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything tidy. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and right on the river. The breakfast had a good selection and I especially enjoyed the fruit. a top-quality experience.

The hotel was spotless, with a clean room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, bending over backwards to meet our needs. The customer service was exceptional, and the managers were gracious and helpful. The breakfast had many good choices, especially the fruit. The view, although foggy, would have been great.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is beautiful, right on the river, close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all available. The rooms have a nice view and are clean and comfortable. The breakfast could use more hot selections, but overall it's a satisfying start to the day.

Room placement could be improved for a quieter stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the newly renovated hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast could have more protein options, the fruit was delicious. I would recommend staying at this great hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and modern. I especially liked the attention to detail in the bathroom, with a nice shower and amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the river and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. I even discovered a great steakhouse right next door! everything I saw and experienced at this hotel was top-notch.

The only thing that could be improved was the lack of facilities for charging electric vehicles. In this day and age, it's important to have at least one car charging station available for guests.

The manager was kind and accommodating, offered a suitable room, discounted the cost, and provided a great view. The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast selection was good, with spotless coffee area.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and modern room at the hotel. the rooms were well, appointed and the bathroom/shower were particularly nice. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price of the room was a great perk. the coffee and flavored cream selections were excellent, and the staff kept the coffee area spotless. I also appreciated that the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to access key locations in Lewiston.

One aspect that was a bit inconvenient was the lack of information provided during check, in. I was not informed about the need to insert the room key card in a slot to turn on the lights, which led to some fumbling around in the dark when I first entered the room.

The hotel staff was incredible and accommodating. the free hot beverages during check-in and the comfortable beds were a plus. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was easily accessible with excellent parking. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered excellent options, including fresh fruit and delicious baked goods.

The noisy heating and cooling system and the inconsistent thermostat made the room unbearable at times. the hot water ran out during a morning shower, which extremely frustrated us as we were on a tight schedule.

During our backpacking trip, my partner and I stayed in a hotel that had a great location, close to delicious restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel was right on the river, which provided a beautiful view. The room was spacious, clean, and the shades made it easy to sleep in. The lobby was organized, and the seating provided comfort. The shuttle service was exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful, although protein options could be improved.

The WiFi connection was weak, and staff had difficulty connecting.

As a larger group of friends, we absolutely loved the excellent customer service and the willingness of the managers to accommodate our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from allowing us to use the conference room for our private meetings to bringing us extra towels and a comb. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the delicious fruit selection. We also appreciated the availability of 24-hour coffee and tea, as well as the shuttle service that conveniently transported us to and from the airport. The view, although hindered by fog during our stay, showed great potential.

I had a clean and modern room at Hampton Inn. The hotel is new and the rooms were nicely appointed. The bathroom and shower were also very nice. I enjoyed the large screen TV for evening viewing. Additionally, the morning breakfast was great and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
