During my recent stay at Towneplace Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities available. The hotel offered an impressive swimming pool area, complete with a pool table, which provided great entertainment options for me and my family. Additionally, the hotel's gated entrance, along with the presence of a police officer in the parking area at night, made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast provided a delicious start to each day. I had a positive experience at Towneplace Suites and would recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Had a great time during my xmas stay at this hotel. the indoor pool was a nice addition and the fact that you can see the parking lot from the pool area was a unique feature. It made me feel safe knowing that there was always a police officer inside the gates. Another positive aspect was the cozy lounge area that doubled as the breakfast room. They had games available to borrow, which was a fun way to pass the time.

My stay at this hotel was not a pleasant one. the staff was extremely unprofessional and there were some serious violations of guest policy.

The swimming pool water was too cold for swimming, and the Jacuzzi was only available for those 18 years old and above.
