I had a great stay at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. the location was perfect, close to restaurants on the bay with a beautiful view. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jackie at the front desk. the kitchenette in my room made it convenient for preparing meals. the patio area was a nice place to relax, and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire facility.

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites was for visiting my parents in assisted living. We were delighted with the full breakfast, peaceful balcony view, and kitchenette convenience. the front desk staff, especially Jackie, was exceptional in providing local tips. The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the airport and away from tourist traffic. The sitting area is spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Not to mention, the view from the patio is lovely, offering a relaxing ambiance.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noises from the hallway and pipes might disturb those sleeping on the pullout couch in the sitting area.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location near Eglin AFB and Fort Walton/Shalimar area. The large patio with grills and beautiful water view created a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, bringing in a lounge chair for my back issues. our stay was enjoyable and we will definitely be returning.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a fantastic hotel by the beach. We had an amazing view from our room with a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel staff was very helpful, and they offered us complimentary breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day. They also had a laundry room on-site, which was very convenient for washing our sandy beach clothes. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

Only one thing that bothered us during our stay was the weird smell at the entrance of the building from the side door.

Towneplace Suites in FWB provided a lovely full breakfast with a beautiful balcony view and a low noise level. the convenience of a kitchenette was perfect for our needs. the front desk staff, especially Jackie, was superb in providing local information and recommendations.

Locals sometimes denied rooms.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Employee Charles was friendly and helpful. Maintenance fixed air conditioner issue quickly. Left a few items behind, property assured prompt shipping. Great stay.

This hotel was a wonderful find! The location on the waterfront is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the bay. The rooms were well-appointed and exceeded our expectations, with nice touches like a balcony. We also loved the delicious breakfast - Charlie in the breakfast room is a delight and always made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right.

All in all, we had a fantastic stay and cannot fault this hotel.
