The Italian restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its authentic cuisine and cozy ambiance. The Asian restaurant also impresses with its flavorful dishes and attentive service. The sandy beach, just a few steps away, provides a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. The room is tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, offering a comfortable and peaceful stay. The breakfast selection is vast, catering to all tastes and preferences. The view from the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape. The water park and multiple swimming pools ensure endless fun and entertainment for all guests.

Some guests noticed a lack of live music and variety in the adult-entertainment program.

The all-inclusive package included a great variety of delicious food and a surprisingly generous number of drinks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area was outstanding and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly the front office manager, who was a true professional. The location was convenient, being only a short drive from the airport.

Location is great, close to attractions and transport options. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with many options to choose from. the beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The room was outdated and needed renovation, as did many facilities throughout the hotel. the noise levels at night were high and prevented a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a great option for a family retreat in Crete. the location, right on the sandy beach, with free sun loungers, makes it easy to relax. the pools, including a large new waterpark, are clean and offer plenty of opportunities for fun. the food is varied and of good quality, with easy options to book tables in the restaurants. There is a large animation team that offers numerous daily activities and evening shows. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a spacious bathroom. the air conditioning is powerful, and amenities such as a daily maid service, stocked fridge, and toiletries are provided.

The only minor issue we encountered were some people who claimed free sun loungers and left them unoccupied for long periods. the hotel cannot be blamed for this.

We loved the variety of food, the amazing water park, and the beautiful facilities. The staff were friendly and playful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The abundance of pools and eating options meant we didn't have to leave the hotel. a fantastic experience!

The facilities for children were excellent with all-day activities, mini disco, swimming pools with slides, and a water park. The staff was great with young children and always helpful. No need to wake up early to reserve sun loungers. Good location with a quiet atmosphere and its own beach.
