During my recent business trip, I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste. I also loved the convenient location, as it was close to the convention center and other attractions in the area. This made it easy for me to explore and take in the local sights during my free time.

Although my stay was mostly positive, I did encounter a few drawbacks. the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with updated amenities. the large screen TV was a nice touch, and the beddings and pillows were comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a digital key feature, which allowed for a seamless check, in process. It made my late, night arrival hassle, free.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the room was on the smaller side, which felt a bit cramped.

My favorite part about my recent stay at Hampton Inn Louisville was the newly renovated rooms. They were modern and stylish, with large TVs and comfortable beds. Dislikes or Worst aspects: One downside of the hotel was the small outdoor pool.

The breakfast options were good, especially the variety of toppings available for the waffles. the pool was nothing fancy but it served its purpose and we were able to enjoy it. the decor and furniture in the room were really nice. the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. And the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing mattress, it was by far the best bed I've ever slept on.
