Great location and awesome staff!

Really loved the location—so close to tourist spots and quiet enough too! Breakfast was delish, with plenty of hot options and fresh coffee always available. The staff were super friendly, especially the waffle lady—don't forget to tip her! One thing, my room wasn’t cleaned on the first day, which was kinda annoying.

I loved the convenient theater district location. The breakfast had options for vegans, which was great. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially when I couldn't get my room key to work and they quickly replaced it. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right next door to the theater where "Hamilton" is playing, making it extremely convenient for theater enthusiasts. The hotel's prime location in the theater district, adjacent to the CIBC Theatre, allows guests to easily immerse themselves in the arts scene. Additionally, the rooms are well-appointed with two comfortable queen beds and a good-sized bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the lovely view from my room and the cozy sofa provided extra comfort. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including tasty scrambled eggs and delicious bakery items, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, especially if you're planning to watch a play at the nearby theater. They even have a special entrance for theater guests, so you don't have to wait in long lines. the hotel's proximity to Union Station and public transportation was very convenient. It made getting around the city easy and hassle-free. the hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. the rooms had easy temperature control and were well-appointed.

The breakfast area could get crowded, especially on the weekends. It would be better if there was more space available to accommodate all the guests.
