The breakfast far exceeded our expectations, with a great variety and available from 6-10am. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk to many attractions, including Central Park. Room size was decent, and we were fortunate to have a quiet corner. The elevators were efficient, even during peak hours. The hotel had a laundromat in the basement, which was convenient.

Felt safe and secure, and the staff were always willing to assist.

The location of the hotel is perfect, safe, and close to great coffee shops and attractions like the National Library and MOMA. I had a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Chelsea for 5 nights. The room was nice and the hotel is conveniently located near a T-mobile store where I was able to get a temporary American SIM card. The complimentary drinks all day were a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of selection and the receptionists, VAL and the others, went above and beyond to assist me. I also appreciated the security of needing a room key to access the elevator. The staff members were always professional and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

The room I stayed in was located in a noisy area, near the ice machine and stairwell, which caused disturbance from doors opening and closing, people congregating outside, and cleaning staff in the mornings.
