Location was convenient, close to restaurants and only a short drive to downtown Memphis. The hotel had a friendly staff and a clean, cheerful decor.

The exit ramp from the interstate was confusing and could be dangerous, especially at night. The deadbolt lock on our room door didn't work, which was a security concern.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The beds were especially comfortable. The entire facility was well-maintained and the cleanliness was top-notch. The fact that no pets were allowed was a huge plus for me, as I have health issues. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of fruit, tea, and coffee. The rooms were spacious and the bed was nice. The location was convenient, being right off the freeway and only a short drive to Memphis. Staying here saved us money compared to staying in downtown Memphis, and we still enjoyed a free breakfast buffet and free wi-fi. The proximity to nearby restaurants was also a bonus.
