the heavy room door was such an inconvenience, made me feel like i was trapped while fetching ice. and can we talk about that drip above the toilet? i almost woudl ve been satisfied if they gave me an upgrade after all that hassle, but no, just 20% off? ! hardly worthy of my time, not impressed at all.

Although the staff was polite, it was frustrating to have maintenance issues go unresolved, overshadowing an otherwise clean room and decent breakfast.

The place had easy access to walking trails, which I appreciated. Free Wi-Fi helped me stay connected. Finding the lobby was a bit odd, as it is atop a parking structure. Overall, I had what I needed for my stay and valued the hospitality.

The recently updated lobby was inviting, and I loved the Neutrogena bath products in my clean, spacious room! Each morning offered a delightful breakfast with plenty of options. I felt pampered!
