The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, which were well, maintained. the complimentary hot breakfast was a great perk and was kept well stocked by attentive staff. the location was convenient, being close to major routes like US 21, US 30, US 62, and I. Additionally, the hotel was within a short drive of Holmes County Amish Country, which was a wonderful attraction to visit.

One disappointment was that when we made our reservation, we specifically requested a secure room only with credit card payment upon arrival. Unfortunately, upon check, in, we found out that our credit card was charged the full amount for both rooms, and there was no record of our special requests.

The breakfast selection at the hotel was great and offered something for everyone. We had an issue with the heating in our room, but the staff immediately transferred us to another room and even gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
