Perfect location for our show in the west end. The hotel was centrally located and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the power shower was great.

The hairdryer in the room was inconveniently located inside a drawer that was far away from the mirror. It was a little frustrating to have to bend over the dresser to see while drying my hair.

The property was fantastic - clean, with friendly staff at reception and during breakfast. The location was excellent, close to the tube station and city center. Our room, though small, was immaculate and newly renovated. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and room service was delicious. The breakfast menu had a great variety, and I particularly loved the eggs Benedict.
