The location of the hotel was great, with everything in close proximity. We were able to easily get to all the places we wanted to visit. Free parking was a bonus, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. The attached restaurant at the hotel was also a plus, allowing us to have a meal without having to go too far.

It seemed quite outdated and in need of repair. The housekeeping staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the number of rooms they had to clean, which resulted in a less than thorough cleaning.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, while some also have a lovely view of the water. Convenient location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in. In-room amenities like microwaves, mini fridges, and single-serve coffee makers are a bonus. Great spot for a pleasant stay!

The location, seating, setup, cleanliness, brightness, and welcoming atmosphere of the motel-campus in Orleans is fabulous. The room offers wonderful views, a comfortable bed, and a quiet air conditioner. The staff is accommodating and the motel is conveniently located near a restaurant, making it an ideal choice.

I had a fantastic stay at the Cove last week. The room was always spotless and welcoming, with a comfy bed and a full sofa to relax on. The staff made changing our reservation a breeze, even accommodating bad weather at home. I loved the peacefulness of the quiet hours and the mini-fridge that didn't make a sound. The instant hot water and fluffy towels were a nice touch, and the deck area with table and chairs was perfect for savoring my morning coffee. I can't wait to return in the spring!
