The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is right across the street from LaGuardia airport. Being so close to the airport makes it easy to catch early morning flights or quickly get to the hotel after a long day of travel. the hotel is close to everything, with many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

There were some instances of poor communication from the reception staff, which could have been improved.

The location was convenient, with a convenience store just around the corner. The shuttle to the airport was on time, and the driver was very pleasant, even helping us with our bags.
