The location by the river is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, my room could have used better cleaning. I found a prescription pill on the floor. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at any hotel, bountiful with both hot and cold options! The staff really had an eye for detail, ensuring my grand-daughter's stuffed animal was placed comfortably on the pillows each day.

The WiFi could definitely use an upgrade as it was frustratingly slow at times! Additionally, the landscaping outside gave off a slightly unkempt vibe, which didn’t match the great interior.

upon arrival, the coffee brewer in our room was outdated, just like the eerily scary landscaping outside. breakfast was only ok, definetely not a Hilton standard. i really thought a complimentary upgrade wouldve been offered for my troubles, but i guess special treatment isn't for everyone. a stay to forget, unfortunately.

Clean rooms, lumpy bed

The location is stunning, right by the river, with a lekker view. Staff were super friendly, even asked if I wanted a room on a high floor. Brekkie in a big area, and I saw some kids having a jol in the pool, which looked nice.

The parking lot is a bit of a maze to navigate, not ideal for a quick in-and-out.

We unexpectedly ended up here and were thrilled with how spotless everything was. The indoor pool was a great way to relax after our long trip, and I loved the nice breakfast spread in the morning. The only little hiccup was the scrambled eggs not being available when we wanted them, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

the hampton inn is right on the susquehanna river, which gives it a beautiful location. the room was clean and quiet, and the staff was really friendly, offering me a choice of floors. loved the indoor pool and enjoyed the spacious area for breakfast.

I checked in and noticed the staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean with a beautiful view of the river. I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool after a day of exploring. The area around was quiet, making it a good spot for a break. I loved the fast food options nearby. However, I found a musty smell at first, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, and I encountered issues with inconsistent bedding arrangements that I had requested. The pool area temperature was a disappointment. supposedly regulated to 71 degrees, it felt cold and uninviting, which may explain the complete absence of swimmers. Lastly, the coffee brewer was of cheap quality and the landscaping around the hotel was in dire need of attention, giving off an unkempt vibe.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a plus. The bed was really comfy too, with firm pillows that helped me sleep well. I loved having a good-sized workspace and a fridge. The view of the river was a nice touch. However, the desk lamp was super bright and made it hard to see my laptop. Also, I wished the Wi-Fi was faster, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Oh, and breakfast was pretty standard, but the attendant was really attentive!
