The hotel’s location near the airport was very convenient, making our trip hassle-free. The free shuttle service was great, operating reliably and frequently. The breakfast was excellent, with a diverse range of options to choose from.

Some aspects of the hotel could have been improved, such as the noise levels from other guests in the hallways and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

stayed at habitel prime in bogota before, but this time exceeded my expectations. staff were friendly and truly attentive, making me feel welcome. the spacious junior suite was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely sitting area. breakfast was delicious with a variety of local options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs, with lovely landscaped gardens all around. I was so impressed with the quality of service from the staff, who were always so polite and helpful. The room itself was fantastic – it was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the fact that there was a dining table and sitting area in the room, which made it feel even more comfortable and homey.

I was really impressed with the range of facilities and services available here. The spa and wellness center was particularly impressive, with a Jacuzzi, body wrap treatments, and facials all on offer.

The Jr. Suite was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with great decor. Impeccably clean and well-maintained. Fabulous breakfast with attentive staff. Convenient location for the airport.

We experienced a bit of miscommunication when it came time to check out, as we were not informed about the need for a "ticket" to leave the hotel. This caused some delay and frustration as we were trying to catch our transport to the airport.
