We had a fantastic time at Hampton Inn! Our stay was for 3 nights while visiting family. The location was perfect, within a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, aside from a minor oversight. The desk manager was helpful and discounted our room after resolving the issue. a great experience!

Secondly, I was pleased to see how clean every area of the hotel was, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, they were clean, fresh, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the location of this hotel was fantastic, with a great selection of eateries within walking distance. It made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable.

While my overall experience at this hotel was very positive, there was one minor aspect that could be improved. Some of the room features could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the air conditioner which had some navigation issues.

One small downside was that there was no heated pool available at the hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location, just off Jackson, with easy access in and out. the staff was friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, with quick refills of eggs and sausages. the rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.

The air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud and disturbed our sleep every time it cycled on and off. Additionally, we found ants in the bathroom, which was quite disappointing.

The complimentary breakfast at Hampton Inn was great. We were pleased with the variety of options and appreciated being able to eat together in the lobby. Comfortable, clean rooms. Overall I recommend this hotel.
