The hotel had great amenities like a computer section in the lobby, a fire pit, and the option to print if needed. The breakfast options were also impressive, with more than just cereal and cold items.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the front desk to the bar, everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Great location in close proximity to popular attractions and amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Enjoyed the convenience of having a continental breakfast and free WiFi.

Room service was poor, with no daily trash removal or fresh towels provided. Lack of nearby shopping and recreational options for casual travelers.

Good sandwiches, great coffee in lobby, within walking distance of nearby pizza place, outdoor patio with fires, can have friends join, perfect for wedding after-party. Nice hotel, clean and quiet room, good workout room, nice breakfast, bar in evenings. Easy printing, computer section in lobby, fire pit. Check-in staff fantastic, provided snack bag, accommodated for late night noises. Excellent service.

I gotta say, Hyatt Place in Verona really nailed it. Great value for money with a comfy and clean room. The location was spot on, especially if you're headed to Epic headquarters. The staff? Absolutely top-notch, friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay.

The breakfast could use a little improvement. The only thing I'd suggest is making the placement of the bath towels in the shower more visible for us shorter folks.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Verona and I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities provided. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel offered a full bar, 24-hour room service, and complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. Despite the affordable price, I received more than I expected. I would definitely stay here again!
