It's a lovely hotel with clean rooms and communal areas, though there was some remodeling ongoing. The continuous availability of ice-cold water and beach towels was a nice touch. The pool and patio were well-kept, and it was delightful to stroll from the breakfast area to the beach. Despite a slight hiccup with the room not being ready immediately, the accommodating staff, specifically Tawanna Williams & Mandi Madison, made my stay exceptional. The location is perfect for exploring nearby landmarks like the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Pensacola Beach, contributing to a memorable family vacation.

Let me tell you 'bout the fresh catch at local joints like Bonsai & Flounder's Chowder House—drool-worthy! The beachfront access is a true gem, with comfy beds and cool A/C to boot.

So, had to hustle for towels & trash bags, but hey, kept me active! Room cleaning hiccup, but no biggie—I was on vacay mode anyway.

Our recent stay at the Pensacola Beach Hampton was wonderful! Scott and Jacob provided excellent service from check in to check out. They made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us free drink coupons while we waited for our room. The hotel was in great condition and our room had an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We have stayed at this hotel many times and this was by far the best experience thanks to the outstanding hospitality.

The hotel offers an authentic taste of the local culture, with its close proximity to the Great Gulf Coast Arts Festival and the Pensacola King Mackerel and Cobia Fishing Tournament. The outdoor pool and on-site fitness center provided ample entertainment for the kids while my wife and I enjoyed the in-room flat-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel's mini-golf course and arcade room kept the children thoroughly entertained, making our family stay memorable.

My wife says that the breakfast choices were poor and wished for more variety to cater to our family's diverse tastes.

Our recent girl's weekend was fantastic! The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and with a beautiful view. Plus, the staff provided bags of ice for our cooler every morning, which was a huge help.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The air conditioning filter was filthy, and the bathroom could use some care.

Friendly and cooperative cleaning staff despite being short-staffed. Maintenance promptly resolved a leaking A/C issue and offered a credit for the inconvenience. Judy at the front desk was friendly and helpful even with a busy workload.
