perfectly placed for city strolls and local eats

Staying here made my weekend city explorations so easy, with the venue just a few steps from both the schenectady county public library and bombers burrito bar, allowing me to take delightful walks and enjoy local flavors without the hassle. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially the night auditor who greeted me warmly even at 2 am after my late arrival.

I enjoyed my stay, especially being close to the theater for a show. The staff were welcoming, and I appreciated the free breakfast in the lobby. One staff member at the front desk was particularly helpful when I had a phone issue. The indoor pool and gym were nice amenities that helped me unwind after a day of exploring. As someone from Italy, I found the local Americana experience quite interesting.

The air conditioning struggles need attention!!! Housekeeping could certainly manage trash removal daily!!! The ongoing renovations could be communicated better to avoid noise disruptions!!! Parking should be more accommodating during peak times!!!

the bed felt like a sinking ship and barely suitable for two people, not to mention the room was a sweaty 78 F. also, i truly expected a complimentary upgrade for enduring such discomfort, but alas, no special treatment was forthcoming. i was so ready to leave a glowing review, but just couldn't.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I'll definitely be back for a city break!

My room's air conditioner seemed to be on vacation, refusing to cool off. Oh, and the shower only wanted to give me a 'massage'—how thoughtful!
