the mattress was so uncomfortable, i hardly slept. also, the bathroom sink was ridiculously small, literally forcing me to stand sideways to wash my face. i woudl ve been thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade after such inconvenience, but apparently that’s too much to ask. almost gave it a decent rating, but i just couldn’t.

Our stay was delightful! The breakfast spread included fresh bread and local delights—definitely a treat to start the day. Plus, we caught wonderful sunsets at the nearby canyon, just a short drive away.

However, the thin walls meant we heard our neighbors quite well, which disrupted our sleep. Also, the hot water situation was a bit tricky, as we had to wait between showers.

The staff promptly accommodated our late check-in. Our cabin was spotless with a beautiful view. The restaurant had locally sourced lamb that surpassed my expectations. The hosts introduced us to a stunning hiking spot nearby, which added to our experience. I would definitely return for the warm service and memorable meals. 😊

Had a cheeky two-night stay, loved the clean, cozy cabin with the stunning views. Breakfast was a proper spread, but the shared bathroom was a bit cramped. Defo check out the nearby canyon, it’s a sight to see!

Loved the cozy atmosphere and stunning views! The dinner was homemade and delicious, like a warm hug for the stomach. Plus, the place felt so welcoming. I almost forgot I was on a sheep farm!

This little gem has individual cottages that offer stunning views of the mountains and lush greenery! I enjoyed a delicious dinner at their on-site restaurant, where the locally sourced lamb absolutely blew my mind! Plus, with direct access to Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon, it’s the perfect spot for adventure and relaxation!

Great location with free parking and cozy cabins, but Wi-Fi is weak. Try the restaurant!

Really enjoyed the little cabin we stayed in—very clean, comfy beds, and surprisingly spacious for three of us! The jazz music during dinner made it super chill after a day of exploring. One thing though, breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
