During my stay, the common area was not open all day, which meant that the WiFi was not always accessible. This was a minor inconvenience, as I would have liked to have constant internet access.

I appreciated that the cabin we stayed in had a separate alcove for an extra full-sized bed, providing ample space for three of us. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the guesthouse was a typical Icelandic buffet, providing a good start to the day.

There were a few aspects of our stay that I did not enjoy. the hot water supply was a concern, as it lasted only for about 15 minutes and I worried that my partner would not have enough hot water for a shower.
