I had a great experience at the Sheraton. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the free amenities like parking, water, breakfast. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and it was a bonus that we could bring our parakeets along at no extra charge. The maid service was excellent, and we appreciated that they provided the extras we requested. The check-out time of noon was also a plus.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The bottom of the swimming pool was quite dirty, and the water was also murky, making it hard to see more than a few meters away.

This place is in a very nice & convenient area at the city center. The service room service is great, and they also offer car hire, dry cleaning, and shops/commercial services. The staff members here are very friendly and provide excellent wedding services. The rooms are well-maintained and come with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. Plus, the hotel offers a lovely indoor swimming pool and a sauna for leisure.

The hotel is conveniently located about 30-50 minutes outside of downtown Boston, making it a reasonable choice for business travelers. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, although some were not close to the entrance. The room itself, a Standard King, was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks. The carpet in the room was thin and ripped in places, with the padding underneath in poor condition.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location right off the thruway. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. The AC unit in the room worked great, keeping the temperature comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the maintenance staff, specifically Rollin, was very hospitable and helpful.

There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected my experience. The online description of the hotel did not match the reality, as the pool was closed and the suites did not have a separate room as advertised.
