family of three. We appreciated the comfortable double queen beds and the fact that the hotel was recently remodeled. While I loved the pool area for my toddler, there could be more lounge chairs. Overall, a solid stay with helpful staff.

Utilize the designated breakfast area for a made-to-order meal. The pool area is spacious and perfect for families, but lounge chairs can fill up quickly during peak hours.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall. the restaurant Toast to Toast offered a wonderful meal, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, addressing an issue with my TV quickly. However, the price for breakfast felt a bit steep for the quality offered, and the elevator seemed cramped. A great option for those seeking comfort in a newly remodeled hotel.

Affordable rates and spacious rooms. The beds offered exceptional comfort, and blackout curtains provided a great night's sleep. The onsite restaurant had tasty meals, and the staff were helpful.

Noise from outside wasn't an issue but the location felt a bit dodgy. Housekeeping couldn't be evaluated since we didn't request it during our stay.

The indoor pool was fantastic! Spacious bathroom and blackout shades made the stay great. The staff was super helpful when we needed assistance. Great breakfast too, fresh and tasty!

Stayed in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The bed was super comfy, I definitely caught some solid Z's. The room was pretty clean when I checked in, and there were plenty of outlets and USB ports to charge my stuff. They had Dove products in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. I didn't experience much noise from outside, so sleep quality was good!

this place was super great! the staff was really friendly and helpful, especially that front desk lady named stephanie. they told me the hotel was newly remodeled and it sure shows! love the big pool area and how clean everything was. the food options were solid too, def recommend the fresh breakfast, it was awsome!

but the noise from the street was kinda annoying, and parking was a bit of a struggle late at night.

I had an amazing stay! The buffalo chicken wings were delicious, and the bed was beyond comfy. Just a heads up, the noise from the hallway was a bit distracting.

i had a fantastic stay at holiday inn! the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. the breakfast was a highlight, as you order at the counter and it’s made fresh right there. also, the property has the largest indoor pool in tacoma, which adds to its appeal.

This place was just a perfect match for a rapid stop in Tacoma and offered great value for money. The fitness center was clean, and I really enjoyed stretching in the open area. Try to get a room away from the noisy areas for a more restful stay.
