I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the beds were exceptionally comfy and the room was spotless. I also appreciated their efforts to be eco-friendly by using shower dispensers instead of small plastic toiletries. Finding the hotel was a breeze and their lattes were quite good. the breakfast menu had a decent variety as well. But what impressed me the most was the professionalism and calmness of the young man at the front desk, even when dealing with an obnoxious drunk guest. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in charge!

We had a great stay at a hotel with a view of Mount Rainier. the room was nice and the staff were very friendly. They made us feel welcome and even accommodated our early check-in request. the breakfast, which was made to order, was a nice touch. the hotel was clean and the staff were quick to respond to messages. They also made it easy for my disabled mom to navigate from the car to the room.

The staff, including Ashley and Tasha, went above and beyond to make my experience great. The lobby greeting was a nice touch. The dinner was delicious, and there were yummy snacks and incidentals in the lobby. I also appreciated being given a room near the elevator. The windows were soundproof, and the separate blind filtered just the right amount of light. it was a great stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, great amenities, and convenient location.

We stayed at a Red Lion hotel because we wanted a clean place with a pool, and we chose the Holiday Inn. the staff was amazing, handling a stressful situation with class when my cousin's daughter ruined towels and bedding with her bright red hair dye. They were courteous and friendly, especially Jose, who was very accommodating. the property has been upgraded and the pool area looked nice, although we didn't get a chance to use it.

the Holiday Inn staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were well taken care of. the breakfast provided was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the amazing service from Kathy at Toast to Toast. the hotel itself was clean, new, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the added security measures. Kids under 11 even ate for free at the restaurant, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
