All was perfect.

Great location near rivers and Schlitterbahn. Comfortable room with a hard bed. Clean bathroom and overall hotel. Good breakfast with omelettes, biscuits, gravy, and more. Helpful night manager with snacks upon arrival, allowing us to have a refreshed start in the morning.

The staff was extremely courteous and very friendly. They asked us if we needed anything to please refer them to the front desk. the breakfast was outstanding. the outside parking and lighting was excellent.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. the hotel is surrounded by truck stops and there were limited dining options nearby.

This hotel is so convenient with restaurants and a convenience store close by. The location is just right, one block off the interstate. The staff provides friendly service and the rooms have basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast is delicious!

One small improvement could be adding hot food options and carrying containers for the breakfast.

No hot water for showers in the morning. Front desk showed no reaction or empathy when alerted about the issue.

The helpful front desk staff allowed us to check in early and even let us use the conference room for our bridal party. The night manager was also extremely helpful, providing snacks when we arrived late and a comfortable bed for the night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing an extra bed for no additional charge. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast and wifi were a bonus!

The noise from the nearby truck stop can be quite bothersome.
