Towels were not available when requested, as staff claimed they had run out, which was quite frustrating for our family of three.

i was absolutely horrified to find dirty towels littering the hallway, giving off a charm of filth that i very much did not sign up for. and i can’t believe i wasn't offered even a complimentary bottle of water after my delightful experience with police escorting guests. i honestly thought this would be a 5-star stay but just couldn’t give it that.

Would definitely recommend for a city break

However, the noisy highway nearby ruined much of the peace you’d hope for when resting—trucks roared through the night. The front desk seemed to struggle with key card issues, causing annoying delays getting into rooms. I also noticed signs of odd behavior from other guests, which made the atmosphere feel less secure at times. If bed bugs are lurking around, it's worth checking for any signs before moving in.

The brekkie here was mighty good, with hot eggs and make-your-own waffles! Staff were dead handy, even offering fresh towels. Only downside was we had a bit of highway noise at night, but the comfy beds made up for it. Overall, a grand stay!

Location was fab for the nearby sports complex. Rooms were clean and far too comfy for my own good. Definitely a solid place to rest after a day of running around!

The pool closed earlier than my grandma’s bedtime! Plus, the doors were so loud I thought I was staying in a drum factory.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating , making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast included tasty options and 24-hour coffee, which was a delightful touch.

The heating system was noisy and disruptive , impacting our ability to sleep well. Also, there was a frustrating delay with the card access to our room.

The Microtel Inn & Suites in Georgetown is a clean and well-maintained property, perfect for families visiting the nearby beaches or sports complexes. Our room was spacious, but the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Friendly staff member Mr Cage was especially helpful during my stay. Great for families looking for a comfortable base while exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay because the location was ideal, just a short drive to the beach, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, which made our family stay convenient.

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could have been better.

Very clean overall, nice-sized room, breakfast was decent. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. Free wi-fi was a plus. The staff quickly resolved a toilet issue by moving us to a new room without problems.

Wicked comfy beds made it hard to get up! Staff were super chill, felt like family, especially Megan and Lisa. Gotta love the roll-in shower for easier access. Breakfast was decent—grabbed some muffins and coffee when I needed it. And oh man, those fluffy towels! Perfect spot for heading to the beach. Spotless room too!
