Manager was friendly, rooms clean, AC worked well. Late check-in was smooth, breakfast had vegan options, bed height was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Waterloo outlets, making it easy to shop till you drop. Furthermore, there are several shops, casinos, and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of options for everyone. The breakfast spread offered several vegan options, which is a rare find.

The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, which caused inconvenience to me and other guests during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mary, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for attending the It's a Wonderful Weekend festival, as it was just a 5 minute drive and parking in the city was easy to find. The beds were soft, and they even had a sale on linens and towels, with the funds going to a great cause. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and the location to Seneca Falls, the Finger Lakes. The breakfast selection was amazing, with nice fluffy omelets and a great variety to choose from. The rooms were super clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions. We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the cleaning ladies doing a great job. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, being right next to an underground station and near a lovely park. Transportation was a breeze, making it easy to visit any places we wanted to go in this lovely neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, and a Walmart made it easy to find everything we needed.

One downside was the checkout experience. Despite the stated checkout time of 11:00 am, the cleaning staff seemed to rush us out of the hotel before that time.
