I chose this hotel for a leadership summit due to its top-notch services catering to various needs. the conference center and meeting room were ideal for business events. the serene environment provided a conducive atmosphere for networking and discussions.

The only service lacking for my work was having limited options in the breakfast buffet and dinner menu.

I adored the serene ambiance of the surroundings - it felt like a cocoon of tranquility in the heart of nature. the accessibility for us seniors was exceptional, with well-kept pathways and helpful staff guiding us every step of the way.

Make the stay more senior-friendly - perhaps more assistance from the young staff.

we had a fantastic stay at Hilton. the rooms were lovely and the property's location in a dense forest was superb. the greenery ambience and forest villas were a must-visit. the Spa, Wellness Center & Yoga Dome, along with the two swimming pools, were outstanding. meals were healthy and prepared with ingredients grown on-site. the staff was friendly and the activities plentiful, making it a perfect mind detox location.

If you're looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is an absolute gem. the staff here, especially Mr Abhishek Kumar, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the food selection was impressive, and the service was top-notch.

The condition of the roads leading to the hotel; they definitely need some attention to ensure a smoother journey for guests.

We loved the beautiful nature trails and relaxing yoga classes at the resort. The forest view villa was worth it. Our room had a lovely outdoor shower area. Breakfast was fresh and organic. Divya at the front office was helpful.

The stay at Dharana At Shillim offered a serene escape into nature, with stunning views and a relaxing pool villa providing privacy. the personalized service from the friendly staff, especially during the farm tour and interactions with Devarshree and Nafis, truly made the experience extraordinary. Improvement can be made in the timely delivery and portion size of room service meals.

The location of this resort was great, surrounded by beautiful hills and forests. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and cozy bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options, including home-cooked food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering free activities like yoga, meditation, and pottery classes.

The service was a bit lacking, with slow response times and poor communication.

the service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially at the Spa & wellness centre. the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Garden area were all fantastic additions that made our stay even better. we were really impressed with the restaurant and the bar/lounge areas.

The location of this venue was a little difficult to reach as the roads leading to it were in bad condition. Nevertheless, this minor issue didn't affect our overall stay at all.

The weekend spent amidst nature was simply refreshing. the staff was polite and caring, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious with a serene view. the complementary tea and evening arranged nicely were appreciated. Location-wise, the hotel is nestled perfectly, providing total privacy.

The food was average, and the desserts didn't seem fresh. We expected a larger variety.
