I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the middle of all the action. The indoor and outdoor pool areas with hot tubs were a hit with my kids. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the room, was impressive. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was well stocked.

One of the rooms we booked did not have enough beds for the number of people we had, causing discomfort and inconvenience. the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful when we raised the issue, and did not show any regret or attempt to find a solution.
