The location of this hotel was perfect for our city break! It was conveniently close to the highway and had easy access to restaurants and other attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, which had a small kitchen and living area. The beds were comfortable and the room was well-maintained.

There were a few things that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with dirty sheets and a bathroom that could have been cleaner.

The hotel is in a great location, right between all the places we needed to visit. The wooded area surrounding the hotel had some lovely running streets, which was perfect for my morning jog. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant smell. It was clear that attention to detail was given in ensuring a comfortable stay.

I was impressed by the well-kept grounds as well. The location was perfect for the event I was attending and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The AC was quiet and effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and the afternoon cookies were a nice touch. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to dining options, and the helpful staff.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was nestled in a wooded area with good running streets and it was also conveniently located near outlet malls at a great crossroads. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making sure all our needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than enough and the rooms with a jetted tub were a nice touch, especially for our older children. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options including some fruits available.

All was fine, no complaints.

The surrounding neighborhood was nice and the staff is friendly. About an exit down from the hotel is a plethora of nice restaurants and affordable shopping. the hotel lobby was nice, clean, and inviting, with a large breakfast area that had ample seating. the fitness center had everything I needed and the shower in my room had decent water pressure. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of accessible outlets in the room.

There wasn't much of a breakfast selection and the breakfast became boring after a few days. I was disappointed that there was no heated pool, as the water in the indoor pool was extremely cold.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and hot continental breakfast spread. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. We had reserved four rooms for our family who had traveled from out of state, and despite a few minor issues, we were generally pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall condition of the facility. Although the hotel did not offer a funeral discount, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible during this difficult time, providing exceptional service that deserves recognition.
