It was frustrating after a long 8-hour drive, especially with tired toddlers. However, the staff at the front desk handled the situation well and even offered us a free night to make up for the inconvenience. Despite the rough start, they were kind and accommodating throughout the process. The facilities were clean, safe, and quiet, and the lobby was beautiful. Our room, a king suite with bunk beds, was spacious, modern. Despite the hiccups, we would recommend this hotel overall.
