Friendly staff and great amenities

The staff here are super friendly, especially Lydia and Kim at the front desk. They answered all my questions with big smiles, and the breakfast was delicious as always. The pool and hot tub were huge and really relaxing. Just wish the parking lot wasn’t so bright at night—it made it tricky to sleep.

As guests with children, we loved the spacious rooms that could easily accommodate extra beds if needed. The gym facilities were excellent, and there were plenty of options for a satisfying breakfast.

Felt completely welcomed, no complaints at all.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in the Pocono Mountains was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's proximity to Interstate 80 did not cause any disturbance, as it was tucked away from the road noise. There weren't any major negatives during our stay. However, the shower pressure was a bit light, but there was plenty of hot water.

This hotel is a gem! The Poconos location is perfect – it’s very close to attractions, yet in a nice and quiet area. It's impeccable and has basic amenities with ample space in the suites for our activities. The breakfast selection has different options and it's included! The staff is simply amazing—so friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were clean and beautiful with great water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located for dining and a short trip to Camelbeach. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Yvonne at the desk and Renee in the kitchen. Complimentary fruit, coffee, and tea were available all day, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Everything was nice and clean, surpassing expectations. The beds were soft and comfortable. Arrival and check-out were smooth and staff was helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Stroudsburg for a family vacation. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The gym, although small, was clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and flavored water in the lobby. One highlight was the Tuesday evening meet-and-greet with the manager, where we were treated to a delicious spread of cheese, finger foods, and wine. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options, from cereal to fresh fruit and pancakes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we finally found had clean shower grout and two separate sink areas, which made everything more streamlined. We loved utilizing the full-size fridge and the sofa with chaise. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us guidance on local waterfalls. the breakfast was filling and satisfying.

There were a few negatives about our stay. the room lacked a bathtub and the bathroom vanity had no drawers, only a shelf.
