The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the common areas and rooms were clean and well-maintained, giving a fresh and new feel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One of the front desk staff members lacked personal interaction on a couple of occasions. It would have been better if they could have been more attentive and accommodating.
