However, some guests had minor issues with neighbor noises, and internet connection instability.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic! We were referred by SECU House and stayed for the surgery of a family member at UNC Chap Hill Hospital. The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Trayvon, were helpful and professional, quickly resolving a situation with an intoxicated guest. The suite was spacious with a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays. The pool was small but refreshing, and the breakfast provided a good variety of tasty food. a great experience!

Perfect location for our reason to travel, small but comfortable room, wifi in standard room, excellent front desk staff. Bright and newly renovated bathroom, weak shower. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. OK breakfast with adequate assortment. Staff went out of their way to help us. Reasonable room rates. Always stay at this same hotel when visiting specialist. Great coffee. Increased in-house internet speed. Limited parking spaces.

The bed was comfy & free breakfast excellent! Had A/C issue but got new room quickly. Staff helped but we didn't need help. Amazing, friendly & helpful staff. Linen issue fixed fast. Clean & comfortable. Nice bathtub. Friendly staff, except in Carboro. Recently updated rooms, well-lit halls, easily accessible location. Plentiful breakfast options for all.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. the convenience to the nearby UNC Chapel Hill Hospital was a major plus, especially for those needing to be close to medical facilities. Additionally, the hotel's location was tucked away enough to give a sense of tranquility, making it feel like you're not in the middle of a bustling city.

The noise in the hall was a big issue during our stay. There were teenagers running and being loud, which kept us awake.

Room included fridge, stove/oven/microwave and comfortable bed. Separate doors divided the bedroom and living room/kitchen area. Breakfast had great variety. Staff helpful and polite. Enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool after a hot college tour.

The hotel was in a great location, away from the busy highway. the suite I stayed in was surprisingly nice and clean. It had everything I needed and more. the room had bright lighting, which was a nice change from the usual dim lighting in hotel rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered an evening lite dinner with snacks and free wine and beer. the grab bags they provided for breakfast were also a nice touch for travelers.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. there was a power outage when I arrived and I was not informed about it beforehand.

This hotel is great value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, close to the highway and convenient for my Dr's appointments. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of workspace areas, which is perfect for me as I like to do yoga. The staff was excellent and the basic amenities were good as well.

The breakfast was not very good and the milk in the containers seemed to be spoiled.
