The Christmas experience at this hotel was great! the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free parking, which were added bonuses.

The room we had had a strong odor, possibly from a previous guest, which was a bit unpleasant. despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant Christmas experience at the hotel.

I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel is located near a store and other amenities, making it convenient for getting food or buying anything you might need. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Steve, the general maintenance gentleman, was extremely helpful in resolving the heating issue in our room. The hotel staff promptly moved us to a new room and made sure everything was working properly. The cleanliness, bright ambiance, and updated amenities of the hotel were impressive. The room layout was good, and despite the problems in our original room, we had a comfortable and quiet sleep. Special mention goes to the awesome night manager who arranged for an early breakfast to accommodate our team's schedule. We truly appreciated the effort.
